Trauma is real and is painful. Trauma is an event that causes psychological, emotional, spiritual, mental, or physical harm to a person.
Grief is the emotional response to the loss or trauma that you encounter. Grief is a natural response to trauma.
Both are very real and often times suppressed for years resulting in unresolved pain. Unresolved pain can cause issues in all areas of a person's life; however, you ae able to process and heal from these uncomfortable emotions. Nomatter the trauma, grief can be healed, worked through, and desentizied to become just what it is, a non-emotional attached memory.
